Weil Sonic in der Muttersprache einfach doppelt so sehr rockt! =)
Die beiden Youtuber Chilko89 und ShadowThg015 gründeten am 29. August 2009 den gemeinsamen Channel "Shidalko". Zusammen synchronisierten (auch: "dubbten") sie einige Videos der Sonic Shorts Reihe von "TheSonicParadoxTeam" und später begannen sie, die Videosequenzen aus den Sonic Games zu dubben.
Eines Tages, als sie wieder auf ihren Channel schauen wollten, mussten sie jedoch feststellen, dass sie keinen Zugriff mehr darauf hatten. Vermutungen lassen laut werden, dass es sich um einen Hackerangriff gehandelt haben soll. Doch sie hatten noch einmal Glück im Unglück: Ihr Kanal und alle bereits hochgeladenen Videos blieben erhalten.
Der Youtuber elementsofjustice erstellte zu Ehren ihres ersten Jahrestages ein Video mit dem Namen "Danke, Shidalko!". Später trat er in Chilkos
und Shadows Fußstapfen und schloss sich - wie zuvor schon SaiyiDubs - den Projekten um Shidalko an.
Am 10.10.2010 gründeten sie ihren 2. Projektkanal "MrShidalko".
Am 25.März 2012 erstellte der Youtuber "SonicBowl" ein Facebook-Profil für "Shidalko", um die Fandubs auf Facebook zu teilen und Shidalkos Bekanntheitsgrad weiter ansteigen zu lassen. Seit Mitte November 2012 sind die beiden Sonic-Fans und Youtuber elementsofjustice und Protozet dort zusätzlich als Admins aktiv.
Und ab dem 15. August 2013 gibt's Shidalko auch hier im Sega Club! =)
